Questions about bulk re-checks
What does a re-check tell me?
Each address gets allow, challenge, or deny with the flags behind it: disposable providers, dead or parked domains, missing mail servers, typos, and newly registered domains when on record. Domains change after signup, so a re-check reflects today's data. An allow does not confirm that a mailbox exists or that a message will arrive.
What happens if a check fails?
The tool preserves completed results and your original rows. Failed checks and rows not yet checked remain marked separately in the export. They do not receive a score or a successful verdict.
Does a re-check guarantee a lower bounce rate?
No. Delivery also depends on mailbox status, sender reputation, message content, and recipient policies. EmailScore does not connect to the recipient's mail server.
How are my uploaded contacts processed?
The browser reads the file and submits email addresses to the API. Review the privacy notice for query processing, logging, and data-handling considerations before uploading contacts.
Can I automate this?
Yes. Send addresses to /v1/email/bulk and customer or workspace domains to /v1/domain/bulk, up to 10,000 per request at 1 credit each. Results come back in the response, in the order you sent them.
How do aliases and suggested corrections work?
Normalization and fingerprints help compare supported address variations. Typo suggestions are recommendations for review, not proof that another address belongs to the same person. Keep the original address and apply your own identity rules.
